This year North Devon Respect Fesitval, on Saturday 21st June, saw Hikmat Devon’s Sweetie Ladies (South-East Asian Ladies Group) team up with a local Filipino group sharing a stand, which worked out great. We had cultural dress for people to try on which was loved, people could write their name in Chinese and Jose was displaying beautiful items from her village in the Philippines which were in colours specie to her village. It was a little wet but fun was had by all. The Filipino Group members also got involved in a Pride Parade.
